I had been working as a medical doctor at the beginning of my career, and have gained specialisation in internal medicine. The great challenge of my life has found me in 1988, when I've joined Bayer Hungaria Ltd., first as representative of the pharma division. After a 7 year stay here, I've been appointed the leader of the successful team of the same division. During this period I've been trained on the field of marketing, sales, leadership- skills, and training skills, among others. Thereafter I'd been working for the Herend porcelain Manufactory as marketing and sales director, where I had the possibility to accomplish my previous import knowledge and practise, with that of export ones. Starting from 1997 I'd been working for Manpower as country manager of Hungary and I've felt, I've found the job, I really do like. My experiences as a medical doctor helped me in the human side of my work, while my experiences on the field of commerce, supported me on the economi- cal side of the job. I've been acting as leader of Riss & P. Ltd since 1998. I've completed my MBA studies in 2002, on the Buckinghamshire Chiltrens College, on HR faculty. Together with my colleagues we work hard on fulfilling the expectations of our employees on one hand, and the demands of our employer-partners on the other hand. In addition to that, flexibility, quality and quickness are those parameters in our work, we are insisting on. |

My main responsibilities are pay-roll, social security, tax services, administrative and financial tasks. I gained my experience mainly at an industrial con- cern. People always acted a very important role in my life through all the jobs I have had so far. Therefore I was happy for the chance to work for Riss & Partners, where just as people as different professions are im- portant. My aim is to support all the employees and employers according to my up-to-date technical knowledge. |

From the beginning I knew I'd like to take up with people, initially I was concerned with tourism but in 2001 finally I found the profession I could practise with hart and hand as my vocation for a lifetime in the field of HR. To deepen my knowledge in line with my work I attend the HR Manager faculty at the University of Veszprém. I am a very blithe and empathic person that helps me to create genial circumstances during the interviews so as a result I get a true picture of my candidates. The efficiency of my work isbrushed up as I can work in a gorgeous and cheerful team so work is not only work but pure eisure. |

Before making the decision to work as a human resources consultant I have worked for close to 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. The change I was dreaming of for a while didn't disap- point me. This field is colourful, interesting with lots of responsibilities, and it involves the possibi- lity of a continuous professional and personal development. I do believe that the basic condition of this work is the up-to-date knowledge. There- fore I decided to develop and do further studies. A consultant can never be competitive without overall economical knowledge. |
