HeadhuntingIf: - you are seeking candidates for managerial positions - you are seeking new candidates without wanting to use your own company name, on a confidential basis With our help: - you save time as we take over the task of searching for new candidates - you are freed from the burden that the entire search process involves - you will not have to deal with any indiscretion or complication arising from searching candidates Price of the service: 2.5 times the gross salary of the candidate determined by you. 3. Labour-force leasing (Temporary service)If: - you have seasonal problems due to the nature of your company’s work (preparation of the balance sheet, tourism, audit, projects, sales, holidays, conferences, etc.) - you need temporary help because your regular employee is on vacation, is ill, has left the company or is on maternity-leave With our help: - you save time and advertising costs - you save the inconvenience and time of interviews - we take care of all the employment-related administrative tasks (payment/transfer of social security fees, taxes and private pensions, payrolling, etc.) - you can sleep soundly in the event of a labour audit (you can rest assured that we always pay all the mandatory dues and fees of our employees) Price of the service: The base of the price is the gross salary of the candidate per hour or per month, determined as per our mutual agreement, always in accordance with the relevant conditions. 4. Mediation starting with temporary work:If: - you foresee a need for a new employee, however, you are faced with a temporary staff stoppage - you do not want to take the risk related to an important position during the probation period (if it turns out that the employee is unsuitable, unable to fit in or to bear the workload, or gives notice) With our help: - shortly after your order we will present candidates in accordance with the criteria you have set (saving you time and money) - during the term of the temporary work you can ascertain whether the employee is suitable for the position (thereby decreasing your risks) Price of the service: After 4 months of leasing, hiring of the employee is free of charge; in the event that the employee is hired after 2-4 months of leasing, you will be charged the employee’s 1 month gross salary. 5. OutsourcingIf: - you need a new employee but are unable to hire one due to a staff stoppage - some of your employees work part-time With our help: - upon your request we will enter into an employment contract with the candidate you have selected or find one in accordance with to your needs - in the event of the termination of this arrangement, we will take care of replacing the employee (saving you time and money) - we will perform payment of salary, payrolling, social security and tax payments (hence saving the administrative cost and burden) Price of the service: In the case of an agreement with a term of at least one year, 1.82 times the aggregate monthly gross salary. 6.Payrolling, social security and tax service, administrative tasks related to payment of salaryIf: - your company is just being formed, or- your company is undergoing development and the administrative group is unable to cope with the increased volume of work - you decide not to hire new administrative staff but the volume of this type of work is increasing We: - will offer you a solution by taking over such administrative tasks Price of the service: 7-10% of the aggregate amount of salaries billed and paid monthly, depending on the numbers of employees and the amounts paid. 7.OutplacementIf: - for any reason you are compelled to perform a staff cut With us: - you can handle this as humanely as possible within the framework of 2-3 month personalised career support programs Price of the service: 50-60% of the monthly salaries billed earlier, depending on the number of employees
